Who are you?

Krista Wagner is a 70's product best known for her spiritual suspense and fictional realism. In addition to being a recipient of the Reader's Favorite 5-star seal, she has been praised by award-winning screenwriter Sean Paul Murphy for her writing skill and strong plotting. Wagner holds an MFA in Creative Writing and is an English associate instructor with an indispensable faith in Christ.

 

When did you first start writing stories?  

I began creating songs and plays at the age of seven and graduated to short story writing and poetry during my high school years. I was also on the staff of our school's literary magazine, co-authored the zine Midnight Drool, and began to write numerous short stories, mostly dealing with dramatic instances like murder or kidnapping.

What kind of books do you like to read?​

My favorite book is the Bible. In terms of fiction, Dean Koontz is my all time favorite author with Stephen King and Christopher Pike following closely behind.

Krista Wagner graduated from National University with an M.F.A. in Creative Writing and has been an English Instructor since 2008. She enjoys suspenseful films, reading the Bible, and spending time with her family.
