Super happy Stine chose to go back to the style of the first book. He delivers the good old snarky Reva who still carries the same level of disrespect for people, because everybody, unless they are a cute guy or her dad, is a stupid waste of space. Unlike book #2, where we get primarily the bad guys' POVs, this one throws us back into the bratty head of Reva. It would seem unlikely that you would care about her, but actually she is so engaging you can't look away from the page. And what's better is that we also get to spend time with her cousin Pam again. Reva is always so mean to her. But this time, we get to see amazing character growth in Reva as well as an incredible development of Reva's relationship with her Pam. The suspense is awesome and heart pounding as always. Fun exciting story with a shocking, even for Stine, ending.
