This was a really good movie with strong acting, excellent chemistry between all of the actors, and a sharp story line.
Character Development/Writing Quality:
Superb. Brittany Underwood (Daphne) is reminiscent of Brittany Snow's "Donna" in Prom Night--same excellent credible acting skills with endearing qualities that make these main characters likeable. The characters in this film--Daphne, Toby, the boy she is babysitting, and Kaci, her best friend--work so well together, all with commendable acting prowess; the dangerous situation they face, of a lurking killer outside Toby's home, brings forth amazing character growth as we see, primarily in Daphne and Toby, the two MCs, and outstanding instantaneous decision-making as the sudden shifts in their environment progress. The story is a strong one with a surprising twist that comes near the middle. Characters are smart, not stupid, ready for whatever comes next.
Values: Protecting all that is good.
Content (sex, language & violence): No sex. No language. The death scenes are a bit disturbing.
Scare factor/Suspense: Good suspense throughout, especially with the creepy delivery guy and then later with the frequent disturbances in the house, clearly pointing to an intruder.
A high quality film that is worth your time.
