Writing Quality/Character Development: This is one of Lifetime's stronger story lines with no dull moments and an interesting plethora of characters that keep you guessing. There is actually quite a bit of character development among many of the characters, which helps push the story forward.
Values: Pursuit of truth and justice
Content (sex, language, & violence): No sex, mild infrequent language, minimal violence.
Scare factor/Suspense: The scare factor is pretty tame as this is more of a mystery with Sam investigating her best friend's murder. The end reveal of the killer turns a little tense, but it is short-lived.
Overall, pretty good plot with a strong main character who refuses to let anyone prevent her from uncovering the truth.
