Writing Quality: Okay, nothing spectacular. But in the second half, the tropical island waters get a bit muddied as the writers don't seem sure which direction to take the story. There is a surprise reveal in the last quarter of the film, but it just didn't sit quite right. In fact, most of the characters don't really have any chemistry with the others. I DO appreciate the multiple story lines/fantasies. I thought it was genius to include so many different walks of life, so that there are multiple experiences one might relate to.

Scare Factor: The moss-covered guy pops up unexpectedly throughout the film. There is a later scene with masked men that can be a little frightening. The minor torture aspect is disturbing.

Content (sex, language, & violence): No sex, but bare breasts seen briefly in the far background as well as cleavage from one side character in a bathing suit. A handful of cheesy sexual innuendos. Some language. Extreme violence.

Values: Two main characters and a supporting character represent seeking truth, making things right, and encouraging others to forgive. There are two brothers who are stereotyped as lusty chauvinists, and the manager comments on how "typical" and "unchallenged" their fantasy request is.

Acting: Decent acting, but nothing special.

Bonuses: A character who pointedly makes forgiveness and making amends a matter of importance. Each fantasy (aside from the brothers' shared fantasy) are vastly different from one another, but the crossover blend is interesting.
