Chillingly Good

This is definitively worth a watch, even if it's only to see Tiera Skovbye perfect the role of a psycho.
Writing Quality: A bit unique, a refreshing change. This nut is a special kind of crazy with no conscience at all. Think of the girlfriend in Get Out for comparison. The husband is a classic letdown, never believing his wife of 15 years until it's too late, but buying into his estranged daughter's behavior who has only lived with them for three months.
Scare factor: The psycho, Rachel, displays an unusually high normal-like behavior. She is so good at feigning sorrow and remorse that unless you have proof she's up to something, you would never believe her capable of committing an atrocious act.
CONTENT (SEX, LANGUAGE, & VIOLENCE): No sex. Two instances of bit**. Scary Violence in a few flashbacks with a break in and toward one of the characters in the form of a sudden slap.
Values: Getting to the truth, protecting one's family, integrity.
Acting: Very compelling, especially the villain Rachel played by Tiera Skovbye , who is chillingly good.
Bonuses: The husband is played by "Joe" from BH 90210.
