Writing Quality: A typical stalker psycho that provides plenty of chills. A landlord befriends his new tenant but being with her in person isn't enough--he stalks her and follows her from his home technology too.

Scare Factor: There is one totally unexpected moment that isn't scary but makes your heart jump anyway! The deaths scenes are sudden and sad (for the main character who needs all the protection she can get).

Content (sex, language, & violence): No sex, but a sensual moment with a shirtless man. No language. Violence erupts in the wacko when he doesn't get his way--his unraveling is unsettling when he's alone. The deaths are quick but violent.

Acting: Very compelling--the villain's eyes are vacant and goosebump-inducing. The actress who plays MC Lydia is wonderful.

values: Best friends using good judgment and protecting each other. The practice of restraint from premarital sex.

Bonus: The best friend is a perfect addition to this well-thought out story where the main character's life swiftly falls apart. Two are better than one, for sure, as scripture shows us.
